Importance of Fostering High-Quality Partnerships for Supporting Smallholder Farmers in India

It is my pleasure to share the partnership between Heifer International India and Andhra Pradesh Food Processing Society, Dept. of Industries & Commerce, Government of Andhra Pradesh to SCALE, PERMANENCE, and PARTNERSHIP for the HHAI Program in Andhra Pradesh.

This partnership will help the Smallholder Farmers and promote rural enterprises in the Agriculture Value Chains
• Cooperate in improving food supply chain and value chain, jointly experiment and scale the food processing infrastructure, Entrepreneurs, Enterprises in the food value chain. 
• Capacity building and support to local NGOs and/or implementing organizations
• Knowledge development and exchange of information  
• Co-hosting meetings, Workshops, Trainings, Seminars, Buyer Seller Meets, and Events in the space of Agriculture Food Processing.

This unique partnership will help to accelerate the implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in the country.
